This page is a translation provided for information only. The French version is the only legally binding one and prevails in case of any difference.

Article 1. Purpose
These terms and conditions of sale are intended to define the contractual relationship between Ta Tea Tam and the buyer, and the conditions applicable to any purchase made via the website www.tateatam.fr. The purchase of a product via this website implies the Buyer’s unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale, which the Buyer acknowledges having read prior to placing their order. Prior to any transaction, the buyer declares, on the one hand, that the purchase of products on the website www.tateatam.frest is not directly related to their professional activity and is limited to strictly personal use, and, on the other hand, that they have full legal capacity, enabling them to enter into a contract under these general terms and conditions of sale.
Ta Tea Tam reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions of sale at any time, in order to comply with any new regulations or to improve the user experience on its website. Consequently, the applicable terms and conditions shall be those in force on the date the buyer places their order.
Article 2. Products
The products on offer are those listed on Ta Tea Tam’s website www.tateatam.fr, subject to availability. Ta Tea Tam reserves the right to amend the product range at any time. Each product is presented on the website with a description setting out its main technical characteristics (capacity, use, composition, etc.). The photographs are as accurate as possible but are not binding on the Seller. The sale of products featured on the website www.tateatam.fr is intended for all buyers residing in countries which fully authorise the import of these products into their territory.
Article 3. Prices
The prices shown on the product pages of the online catalogue are in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (TTC), and take into account the VAT rate applicable on the date of the order. Any change in the VAT rate may be reflected in the price of the products. Ta Tea Tam reserves the right to amend its prices at any time; however, the price listed in the catalogue on the day the order is placed shall be the only price applicable to the buyer. The prices quoted do not include delivery charges, which are invoiced in addition to the price of the products purchased, depending on the total value of the order. For any order under 45 euros (including VAT), a flat-rate contribution towards postage costs will be charged to the buyer, amounting to 5 euros (including VAT) for orders within mainland France, and 7 euros (including VAT) for the rest of the world.
For any order of 45 euros or more (including VAT), delivery is free to all destinations.
Article 4. Ordering and payment terms
Ta Tea Tam offers the buyer the option to order and pay for their products in several stages, with the following payment options:
- Secure payment via Stripe or credit card (via the Stripe system): the buyer selects the products they wish to order and adds them to the ‘basket’, makes any necessary changes (quantities, product codes, etc.), checks the delivery address or enters a new one. Next, the delivery charges are calculated and displayed to the buyer, along with the name of the carrier. The buyer then selects their preferred payment method: ‘Payment via Stripe’. The next step invites the buyer to check all the details, read and accept these general terms and conditions of sale by ticking the relevant box, and then to confirm their order by clicking on the ‘Confirm my order’ button. If the payment is accepted, the order is registered and the contract is definitively formed. Payment via a Stripe account or by credit/debit card is irrevocable. In the event of fraudulent use of the card, the buyer may request the cancellation of the card payment, in which case the amounts paid will be credited back or refunded. The cardholder shall not be held liable if it is proven that the disputed payment was made fraudulently, remotely, without the physical use of their card. To obtain a refund of the fraudulent debit and any bank charges that the transaction may have incurred, the cardholder must dispute the debit in writing with their bank within 70 days of the transaction, or within 120 days if their contract with the bank so provides. The amounts debited shall be refunded by the bank within a maximum of one month of receipt of the cardholder’s written dispute. No costs associated with the refund may be charged to the cardholder.
Confirmation of an order implies acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale, acknowledgement of full knowledge of them, and a waiver of the right to invoke the customer’s own terms and conditions of purchase. All the data provided and the recorded confirmation shall constitute proof of the transaction. If the buyer has an email address and has provided it on their order form, Ta Tea Tam will send them confirmation of their order via email.
If the buyer wishes to contact Ta Tea Tam, they may do so either by post at the following address: Ta Tea Tam, 4805b route de Dieulefit, 26160 Le Poet-Laval, France; or by email at the following address: contact@tateatam.fr

Article 6. Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of fourteen working days from the date of delivery of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal and thus return the product to the seller for an exchange or refund without penalty, except for the cost of return postage.
Article 7. Delivery
Deliveries are made to the address specified on the order form, which must be within the agreed geographical area. Orders are dispatched by La Poste via COLISSIMO, a tracked delivery service with delivery without signature. Delivery times are provided for guidance only; if these exceed thirty days from the date of the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer refunded. Ta Tea Tam may provide the buyer with the parcel’s tracking number by email. The buyer’s order will be delivered to their home by their postman. If the buyer is absent, they will receive a delivery notice from their postman, enabling them to collect the ordered goods from the nearest post office within the timeframe specified by the postal service. The risks associated with transport are borne by the purchaser from the moment the items leave Ta Tea Tam’s premises. The buyer is required to check, in the presence of the post office clerk or the delivery driver, the condition of the packaging and the contents of the goods upon delivery. In the event of damage during transit, any complaint must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery.
