"Precious eyebrow" in Mandarin — that is the name given to these small, carefully twisted leaves, which do indeed resemble a hand-drawn eyebrow.
A mild, floral green tea, CHUN MEE produces a clear infusion with subtle notes of plum and white flowers. Less bitter than Gunpowder, more distinctive than Bancha. A mid-afternoon tea that is easy-drinking and pleasant.
Produced using organic farming methods.
Brewing: 75°C — 2 minutes. Use filtered or spring water to preserve the full subtlety of the flavours.
