From 10,50€Sale Price
‘Dragon Well’ is arguably the most famous Chinese green tea. Hand-pressed in a hot cauldron, it develops a roundness and smoothness that never fail to surprise.
Originating from Zhejiang, China, Long Jing (龍井) takes its name from a legendary spring. Its flat, smooth leaves, a deep jade green, reveal aromas of toasted hazelnut and chestnut when brewed, with a smooth, herbaceous finish. A tea to be sipped slowly, on its own, without adding anything.
Produced using organic farming methods.
Brewing: 70–80°C — 2 minutes. Use filtered or spring water to preserve the full subtlety of the flavours.
