PU ERH is to tea what great wine cellars are to wine. Deep, earthy, soothing.
Its dark brew reveals aromas of damp woodland and fresh earth, with an underlying sweetness that makes it surprisingly easy to drink. Prised for centuries for its digestive properties — ideal after a hearty meal.
Produced using organic farming methods.
Brewing: 95°C — 3–5 minutes. Use filtered or spring water to preserve the full subtlety of the flavours.
