Bancha is harvested later than Sencha, with larger leaves and a lower caffeine content. Its flavour is mild, slightly herbaceous, with a hint of sap. It’s an easy-going tea that you can enjoy at any time of day without a second thought.

Produced using organic farming methods.

Brewing: 70–80°C — 2–3 minutes. Use filtered or spring water to preserve the full subtlety of the flavours.
