Hand-rolled tea leaves, infused with jasmine for several days. They unfurl slowly in hot water, releasing their aroma in a series of waves. A tea to be admired as much as savoured.
Dragon Pearl is an imperial green tea, shaped into pearls and scented with fresh jasmine, which is replenished several times during production. Each pearl can be steeped many times — the fragrance evolves and softens with each infusion. A ritual in its own right.
Brewing: 75°C — 2–3 minutes. Use filtered or spring water to preserve the full subtlety of the flavours.

An imperial harvest combined with fresh jasmine blossoms, replenished over several days to create these incredible pearls of flavour that unfold and develop with each infusion. Organically grown.
