Roasted tea that evokes the leisurely pace of autumn. Low-temperature-roasted tea leaves, an amber-coloured brew, mild and almost caffeine-free. The perfect evening tea.

Born in Japan from a simple idea — roasting the stems and leaves to bring out a woody, toasty sweetness — hojicha is now a must-try. Notes of toasted hazelnut, a warm, lingering finish, and no bitterness. Perfect after 6 pm or for children.

Produced using organic farming methods.

Brewing: 70–80°C — 2–3 minutes. Use filtered or spring water to preserve the full subtlety of the flavours.
