KUKICHA - Fruity and very low in caffeine.

Tea made from the stems. Literally. In Japan, Kukicha is made from the stems and twigs of the tea plant — parts that others would have thrown away, but which produce a smooth, fruity, almost creamy cup of tea.

Very low in theine, ideal at any time of day and for those who are sensitive to caffeine. Its fresh and distinctive flavour never fails to surprise. A tea with character that doesn’t set out to impress — and that’s precisely why it wins you over.

Brewing: 70–80°C — 2–3 minutes. Use filtered or spring water to preserve the full subtlety of the flavours.
