This particular Taiwanese oolong naturally develops milky and buttery aromas during processing. The brew is smooth and rounded, with a pleasant aftertaste. It withstands two or three successive infusions without losing its flavour. A tea to be discovered with an open mind.
Brewing: 70–80°C — 3–5 minutes. Use filtered or spring water to preserve the full subtlety of the flavours.
