SHUI XIAN - ORGANIC - Chinese Oolong – Natural

The mildest oolong in the range. Barely fermented, it remains similar to green tea whilst developing a subtle floral roundness that green teas lack.

SHUI XIAN is a Chinese oolong with very light oxidation. Its pale yellow liquor reveals a subtle floral note and a lovely freshness. It is the ideal place to start if you want to explore oolongs without feeling overwhelmed.

Produced using organic farming methods.

Brewing: 70–80°C — 3–5 minutes. Use filtered or spring water to preserve the full subtlety of the flavours.
