TIE GUAN YIN - ORGANIC - Chinese Oolong – Natural

The ‘Iron Goddess’ — that is the translation of TIE GUAN YIN, one of China’s most renowned oolongs. Partially rolled leaves, a golden-coloured brew, and a flavour somewhere between green tea and white flowers.

This organic TIE GUAN YIN from Anxi (Fujian) produces a golden-coloured infusion that is mellow and slightly floral, with a barely perceptible hint of bitterness in the background. It can be steeped several times, with each infusion revealing a new nuance. A tea worth taking the time to explore.

Produced using organic farming methods.

Brewing: 70–80°C — 3–5 minutes. Use filtered or spring water to preserve the full subtlety of the flavours.
